Introduction: Drug rash with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DRESS) is a severe drug eruption with systemic involvement. Visceral manifestations consisting of fulminant hepatic failure, myocarditis, interstitial nephritis, pneumonitis and autoimmune hypothyroidism are known sequela.
